So come join us @ the Library Shelter House to get your float and grab some information about the Summer Reading Program too! (Rain Date-May 28) The Library is CLOSED May 26 for Memorial Day

Summer Reading Program Mondays 10:30 - 11:30 am ~ Grades 5-High School Tuesdays 10:30 - 12 Noon ~ 3-5 years old Wednesdays 10:30 - 12 Noon ~ 3-4th Grade Thursdays 10:30 - 12 Noon ~ K-2nd Grade This year’s summer reading programs have been funded by the McComb Public Library Friends Group. Registration begins Tuesday, May 27. Family Color Fun Run Saturday, June 7 @ 10:00 am at the Village Park Celebrate Color Our World, the start of our Summer Reading Program, by registering your child for a color fun run. The color run will begin at shelter house #3, which is located behind ball diamond #2. The fun run will end at shelter house #4 near the rear of the park. Check-in begins at 9:30 am. The first 100 preschool - high school age who register by May 24 will receive a free Color Our World t-shirt to use for the run. Adults can run too, but do not receive a shirt.

Participants will create a finished 8"x10" watercolor art complete with mat board. $10 class fee per person is due at the door. Registration is required on our website at mccombpl.org. Click the events tab which takes you to our calendar. Then click on “Sloth Watercolor Class” on May 28 which will show a screen with “Registration required here”.
